The AEM V2 5-Gallon Diesel Water/Methanol Injection Kit (Internal MAP) is engineered specifically for turbo diesel applications operating up to 40 PSI of boost. By atomizing a mixture of water and methanol into the intake tract, this system drastically lowers air inlet temperatures and reduces Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs), allowing your engine to safely make more horsepower and torque under heavy load.

At the heart of the system is a progressive HD controller featuring an integrated internal MAP sensor with an on-board boost hose nipple for easy vacuum line plumbing. The kit includes a high-capacity 5-gallon reservoir with an integrated low-fluid conductive sensor, a heavy-duty 200 PSI injection pump, a full wiring harness, and interchangeable atomizing nozzles.
