Sculpted by speed and refined in wind tunnels, the Supertech R10 represents Alpinestars' benchmark for performance head protection. Its outer shell utilizes a sophisticated multi-composite layup, featuring a 3K high-density carbon outer layer, unidirectional carbon composite, aramid fiber, and fiberglass, all bonded with advanced epoxy resin. This construction ensures an ideal balance of strength, mechanical performance, and low weight—approximately 1,540g for a size medium.

The helmet is designed with a focus on impact energy management, surpassing standard linear impact performance by 37% and rotational impact performance by 65%. Beyond shell integrity, the R10 features an eight-piece multi-density EPS liner and the A-Head Fitment System, allowing riders to customize the height and angle of the helmet for a precise, anatomical fit. With a 220° lateral and 57° vertical field of vision, the Optical Class 1 visor ensures clear, wide-angle sightlines, while its emergency release cheek pad system provides rapid safety access for medical personnel.
