What is a motorcycle phone mount?

EP TomTom Compatible Sat Nav Mount for the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 SX fits to the motorcycle's petrol tank mounting bolts  to place the GPS screen clearly in the rider's view.   With an additional horizontal pivot behind the sat nav, the screen can be finely adjusted with ease.   Simple to install using online pictorial instructions.  

Note: TomTom Motorcycle Sat Nav not included.
