AEM 340LPH In Tank Fuel Pump Kit

AEM 340LPH High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump Kit | Performance EFI Fuel Pump

Upgrade your EFI setup with the AEM 340LPH High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump Kit. Supports high-horsepower turbocharged and naturally aspirated builds with exceptional fuel delivery.

The AEM 340LPH High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump Kit is engineered for high-output electronic fuel injection (EFI) engines requiring high volume fuel delivery. Delivering 340 liters per hour (LPH) at 40 PSI, this pump provides reliable fuel flow for demanding naturally aspirated and forced induction setups (turbocharged or supercharged).

Featuring a compact 39mm diameter, it fits directly into most stock fuel tank hangers and assemblies. Available in standard gasoline (PN 50-1000) and flex-fuel/E85-compatible variants (PN 50-1200), each pump is individually tested before leaving the factory. The included kit features a wiring harness, pre-filter strainer, internal hose, clamps, and rubber sleeve for a complete installation.

Best Uses

1. High-Horsepower EFI Builds: Ideal for tuned street and track vehicles demanding high fuel volume.
2. Forced Induction Upgrades: Supplies reliable fuel flow under boost for turbocharged and supercharged engines.
3. Flex-Fuel / E85 Conversion: E85-compatible models (e.g., AEM 50-1200 handle ethanol fuels up to E100.
4. In-Tank OEM Replacement: Upgrades failing factory pumps with a direct-fit high-flow in-tank design.

Features

1. 340 LPH Flow Rate: Delivers a tested 340 liters per hour at 40 PSI to support high horsepower demands.
2. 39mm Compact Diameter: Universal fit body that drops into most factory fuel pump cradles.
3. Flex-Fuel Compatibility: Supports gasoline, E85, and methanol across specific model variants.
4. Complete Install Kit: Comes with a wiring harness, pre-filter, clamps, hose, and rubber insulator.
5. Quality Tested: Every unit is individually bench-tested to guarantee flow rate performance.

Benefits

1. Prevents Lean Conditions: High flow volume ensures consistent fuel pressure under heavy acceleration or high boost.
2. Supports Big Power: Capable of feeding high-horsepower engines without needing dual-pump setups.
3. Drop-In Fitment: The 39mm body size simplifies installation into standard fuel tank hangers.
4. Ethanol Ready: Specialized internal components resist corrosion when running E85 and alcohol-based fuels.
5. Quieter Operation: In-tank mounting paired with the included rubber buffer sleeve dampens operating noise and vibration.
