The BST Mamba 7-TEK represents the pinnacle of lightweight wheel technology. Unlike traditional cast or forged aluminum wheels, BST wheels are manufactured using a unique monocoque (single-piece) carbon fiber construction process. This ensures maximum structural integrity while concentrating the wheel's mass at the hub, which drastically lowers the Moment of Inertia (MOI).

For the Aprilia V4 platform, this weight reduction is a game-changer. The front (17" x 3.5") and rear (17" x 6.0") wheels remove several pounds of unsprung, rotating mass. This allows the suspension to react more precisely to road imperfections and reduces the gyroscopic effect, allowing the rider to "flick" the bike into corners with minimal effort.

Each wheel features CNC-machined 6082-T6 aluminum hubs that are fastened to the carbon fiber rim using aerospace-grade hardware. The wheels are a direct bolt-on replacement for the RSV4 and Tuono V4, designed to work with OEM brake rotors and hardware (note: a BST-specific sprocket is required for the rear).
