The BST Rapid TEK series brings high-performance carbon fiber technology to the electric frontier. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the Harley-Davidson LiveWire and LiveWire One (2020-2022), these wheels are manufactured by Blackstone Tek (BST) using a specialized monocoque (single-piece) construction process.

Because electric motorcycles like the LiveWire carry significant weight due to battery packs, reducing unsprung and rotating mass is the most effective way to transform the bike’s dynamics. These wheels are approximately 40-50% lighter than the stock units, which drastically lowers the Moment of Inertia (MOI).

The front wheel (17" x 3.5") and rear wheel (17" x 5.5") feature high-pressure forged carbon hubs and CNC-machined 6082-T6 aluminum inserts. They are fully compatible with the original equipment (OE) brake rotors, ABS sensors, and sprocket carriers, ensuring a seamless installation without the need for modifications.
