Description

Tired of frequently topping up the coolant in your 6.4L Powerstroke due to a leaking radiator? Mishimoto experts have been hard at work constructing an all-aluminum 6.4L radiator to eliminate coolant puddles under your truck. The Mishimoto 6.4L Powerstroke radiator is made of high-quality aircraft-grade aluminum, with a 100% brazed aluminum core and TIG-welded aluminum end tanks for further durability and lifespan.

6.4L Powerstroke radiators are distinct from their predecessors in that they feature two side mounting pegs that connect the radiator to the top support. Solid side mounting pegs on the stock Ford 6.4L radiator transfer force from the vehicle directly to the radiator, causing problems. Rubber mounting pegs were built particularly for this vehicle by Mishimoto experts to lessen the flex stress directed at the 6.4L radiator end tanks. This aluminum 6.4L Powerstroke radiator features a magnetic drain plug to capture any debris in your cooling system and preserves factory fitting for simple installation. For the most durable cooling solution, pair this 6.4L radiator with the Mishimoto 6.4L Powerstroke Silicone Coolant Hose Kit. The Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty covers this Ford 6.4L radiator, as it does all of its Powerstroke performance products.
