Cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and undergoing Thermal Stability Profiling. DBA's metallurgy is able to handle the increased stress and heat generated under intense braking application time and time again. Featuring DBA;s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation that implements a series of 144 diamond and teardrop patterned pillars. DBA achieves up to a 30% increase in surface are and 20% improvement in cooling efficiency compared to traditional straight vane design.
DBA's 4000 Series XS rotors feature our best technology & materials for maximum performance. High carbon & heat treated iron, patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation and a unique drill & slot pattern makes the perfect direct replacement rotor.
DBA's Street Series rotors feature: Kangaroo Paw ventilation-144 diamond and tear drop pillar ventilation system increases surface area resulting in greater heat dissipation This results in increased braking effectiveness and reduced brake fade, Direct replacement suitability, CBN -Cubic Boron Nitride machined turned provides lower Disc Thickness Variation and parallelism resulting in less occurrence of brake shudder, Moisture proof corrosion protection packaging
