The AEM 2016+ Polaris RZR Turbo Replacement High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump is engineered to deliver reliable, high-volume fuel supply for aggressive off-road driving and high-horsepower builds. Designed specifically for 2016 and newer Polaris RZR XP Turbo models, this pump direct-plugs into the OEM factory wiring harness for a seamless drop-in installation.

Built with durable internal components, it resists the corrosion and low lubricity typical of alternative fuels. Tested to perform with standard gasoline, ethanol blends up to E100, and methanol up to M100, this high-flow pump provides up to 44% higher max fuel pressure than the factory unit—ensuring optimal fuel delivery without lean-outs under peak boost pressure.
