The AEM V3 Multi-Input Water/Methanol Injection Kit (PN 30-3351) offers high-performance charge-air cooling and anti-detonation control for custom automotive setups. Designed for builders who intend to utilize a custom fluid reservoir or integrate into an existing washer fluid tank, this tank-less kit provides maximum flexibility without compromising injection power.

At the heart of the V3 system is AEM’s multi-input progressive controller. Unlike single-reference boost controllers, the Multi-Input module processes external 0–5V MAP sensor signals, frequency or voltage-based Mass Air Flow (MAF) signals, or direct Injector Duty Cycle (IDC) inputs. This broad signal compatibility allows fine-tuned fluid mapping across forced induction (turbocharged/supercharged) and high-compression naturally aspirated applications.

The kit features AEM’s 200 PSI heavy-duty bypass injection pump and precision-machined billet aluminum injector. Equipped with Swirl Generator Technology, the injector atomizes fluid into fine particles to drop intake air temperatures dramatically while optimizing fluid consumption. Built-in safety measures like the Boost Safe fail-safe system and positive-lock harnesses ensure engine protection under high-load conditions.
