The AEM V2 5-Gallon Diesel Water/Methanol Injection Kit (P/N 30-3351) is an all-in-one performance delivery system engineered specifically to handle the high demands of heavy-duty diesel engines and high-boost applications. By atomizing a fine mist of water and methanol into the intake tract, this system drastically lowers intake air temperatures (IATs) and reduces exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) under load.

At the heart of the V2 system is AEM’s advanced multi-input progressive controller. Unlike basic pressure-activated systems, the multi-input controller can read multiple signal sources—including 0–5V external MAP/MAF sensors, injector duty cycle, or frequency-based MAF signals—allowing precise, proportional fluid delivery based on real-time engine load. Combined with a high-pressure 200 PSI bypass-style injection pump and a massive 5-gallon baffled reservoir, this kit delivers consistent cooling and performance for long-haul towing or track applications without requiring frequent fluid refills.
