Handcrafted entirely in Italy by expert welders, this modular exhaust solution allows you to build the ultimate setup for your iconic motorcycle, delivering unmatched sound, significant weight reduction, and a substantial increase in power and torque at any RPM range.
Decat Pipe (Racing): Opt for the Zard Decat pipe, available in high-quality AISI 304 Stainless Steel or lightweight Titanium. This component removes the original catalytic converter, drastically reducing backpressure and improving exhaust gas flow. The result is a more responsive engine, increased performance, and a fuller, more aggressive sound – a true Zard signature. This decat pipe alone offers a significant weight saving of 6.3 kg (13.9 lbs) and is compatible with both original and Zard exhausts. Note: The decat pipe is for racing use and not street legal.
Full Titanium Headers: Complement your system with Zard's full titanium headers, providing further weight reduction and optimal exhaust flow. These headers, weighing just 3.7 kg (a 6.3 kg / 13.9 lbs saving over OEM), are available with the iconic "snake-welded" option for a truly custom look and come complete with carbon heat shields.
Mid Pipe: Choose your mid-pipe in either durable Stainless Steel or ultra-lightweight Titanium to perfect your exhaust configuration.
Racing Slip-ons: Complete your system with Zard's Racing Slip-ons, crafted with a stainless steel structure, titanium sleeve, and carbon fiber end caps and heat shields. These slip-ons are incredibly light at just 1.8 kg (4 lbs), saving an additional 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) compared to the stock units. They come with removable dB-killers, allowing you to fine-tune your sound. Experience a powerful and engaging sound that truly enhances the FTR's sporty DNA.

Zard slip on weighs 2.5 kg less than the Indian OEM Slip On.
Zard also makes full titanium headers for the Indian FTR1200. The snake-welded option is also available. The headers come with a carbon heat shield. These headers weigh on 3.7 kg and are 6.3kg lighter than the OEM headers.
The mid pipe is available in Stainless Steel and Titanium options.
