The BST GP-TEK series represents Blackstone Tek’s ultimate mission: to engineer the lightest possible motorcycle racing wheel without compromising structural integrity. Utilizing an advanced aerospace-grade single-mold (monocoque) process, these wheels achieve an astonishing 40% to 60% weight reduction compared to stock factory components.

Specifically tailored for the crossplane Yamaha R1/R1M platform, this premium wheelset includes a 17" x 3.5" front wheel and a 17" x 6.0" rear wheel. Designed strictly for competitive race use, the wheels feature internal hubs machined from high-strength 6000-series aircraft-grade aluminum paired with ultra-lightweight Grade 5 titanium fasteners.

To handle the extreme acceleration and braking forces of modern liters-class superbikes, a factory-applied UHS Anti-Slip Coating is added to the rim to prevent tire slippage. Additionally, the wheels come equipped with Ultra-High-Speed 90-degree aluminum valve stems, engineered to combat severe centrifugal forces and protect against deflation at track speeds tested up to 311 mph. For lifelong security and provenance, a Trovan ID 1000/12 RFID tag is seamlessly embedded directly into the carbon architecture.
