Built with cast aluminum end tanks and a robust bar-and-plate core, this intercooler provides gains of up to 8.1 horsepower and 8.1 lb-ft of torque when paired with performance pipes, or up to 7.2 horsepower and 8.6 lb-ft with stock piping. --With a 146% increase in core volume and support for builds up to 572 HP, this upgrade keeps your turbocharged 1.5T running strong whether you're pushing hard on back roads or logging lap after lap at the track. Performance gains go beyond peak numbers. Average outlet temperatures drop by 18.1°F compared to stock, helping your engine maintain consistent power and preventing heat soak during extended sessions. The welded aluminum construction and cast end tanks provide the durability needed to handle rigorous driving, while the increased core volume ensures your engine has the cooling capacity it needs as modifications progress.--Installation is plug-and-play with a modular design that fits your upgrade path. Start with just the intercooler and add performance pipes later, or install the complete kit at once. Both options work seamlessly with the Civic and require no cutting.
