Description

K&N Universal Cone Air Filter | 5" Flange, Carbon Fiber Top

Boost performance with the K&N Universal Cone Air Filter featuring a 5" ID flange, 6.5" base, 4.5" top, and carbon fiber look. Washable, reusable & high-flow design.

Engineered for ultimate airflow and aggressive under-hood styling, this K&N Universal Clamp-On Cone Air Filter delivers track-tested performance in a durable package. Built with multiple layers of oiled cotton gauze media, it significantly increases air volume to your engine while capturing harmful contaminants. The sleek carbon-fiber look top cap adds a high-end, race-inspired aesthetic to any engine bay, while flexible molded rubber flanges absorb vibration and ensure a secure, leak-free seal on custom intake piping. Fully washable and reusable, this filter is built to last the lifetime of your vehicle with proper maintenance.

Best Uses

  1. Custom cold air intake (CAI) and short ram intake setups requiring a 5-inch inlet.
  2. Turbocharged and supercharged high-horsepower applications needing high CFM airflow.
  3. Engine swaps and custom race builds with limited or specific engine bay dimensions.
  4. High-performance replacement filter for aftermarket intake systems.

Features

  1. 5-Inch ID Flexible Flange: Clamp-on design engineered for easy attachment to 5" intake tubes.
  2. Carbon Fiber Look Top: Provides a durable, lightweight, race-inspired aesthetic under the hood.
  3. High-Flow Oiled Cotton Media: Multi-layer oiled cotton material maximizes airflow while maintaining filtration efficiency.
  4. Tapered Cone Dimensions: Features a 6.5" base diameter, 4.5" top diameter, and 5.625" filter height for optimized air intake volume.
  5. Washable & Reusable Construction: Cleanable design allows for endless reuse using a standard K&N Recharger kit.

Benefits

  1. Increased Horsepower & Acceleration: Reduces air intake restriction to unlock noticeable gains in power and throttle response.
  2. Long-Term Cost Savings: Eliminates the need to repeatedly buy disposable paper air filters.
  3. Superior Engine Protection: Advanced multi-layer media traps dust and debris to safeguard vital engine components.
  4. Custom Fit Versatility: Universal dimensions make it ideal for bespoke performance builds, turbo kits, and custom piping.
  5. Eco-Friendly Performance: Reusable design minimizes landfill waste compared to standard single-use OEM filters.
