BMC Replacement Panel Air Filter for 2013+ Porsche 911 (991) 3.8 Turbo

The term "replacement air filter" refers to the panel / cylindrical air filter. It is fitted to replace the OEM air filter in the vehicle's original airbox. It's comprised of high-performance materials that allow for improved air movement and more effective filtering, ensuring that all contaminants as tiny as 7 microns (vs. OEM's 10 microns) are contained.

BMC air filters are made utilizing a "Full Moulding" technology, which allows for the creation of the distinctive red filter from a single mould with no welded connections, preventing simple breaking. BMC air filtration systems employ rubber that has a long life, is extremely resilient, and has excellent adherence to various types of airboxes.

To defend against fuel fumes and oxidation due to air humidity, BMC filters are comprised of a multi-layered cotton gauze saturated in low viscosity oil and topped with an epoxy coated alloy mesh.

All BMC air filters are pre-oiled, and with the proper BMC regeneration kit, they may be washed and regenerated.
