In 1998, Puig received the homologation certification from TUV germany and KBA. In 2002, Puig sponsored a MotoGP team with Team D'Antin and the rest is history.

A virtual aerodynamic tunnel software has been put to use for getting better shapes of the products. This has been achieved by simulation from Stateflow and computation fluid dynamics. The thermal systems architects worked on this area.

Honda HRC Repsol Team in Moto GP had Puig as the technical sponsor beginning 2016. Then the list keeps adding. Puig was World Superbike Champion as a technical sponsor for Kawasaki Provec Racing Team.
